The thief had earlier entered our backyard per security cameras and was waiting/hiding for me to leave. The thief entered garage, took my bike and my wife's Batch commuter bike, opened the alley garage door, and left with both bikes. Theif was spotted on multiple of our neighbor's alley cameras.

Thief entered through backyard garage door just after my husband left for errands. He had previously entered our backyard and hid as my husband and dog were leaving. Thief took my bike and my husband's bike from our garage, opened the alley garage door, and exited through the alley garage door. Theif was observed on multiple alley cameras leaving with both bikes. We were not alerted that our garage door had been opened until our neighbor texted my husband around 10:10am about the open garage.
