Garage door in alley was left open by neighbor sometime between 10/17-25. Neighbor is refusing to give more detail since they are liable. I was out of town, but when I returned on 10/26 bike was gone. Was not locked up, since it was inside the garage.

I got to school, Mather High School, this morning and parked by bike at the bike rack outside Door 1 of the school building and locked it at 7:45am. After school, as I exited the building at around 4pm, I saw that my bike was missing and that the lock was lying on the ground. The lock was a black combination lock, was in perfect condition when I saw it, and still worked. I do not know who could have stolen my bike. Last week, a classmate of mine got his bike stolen from a homeless man, after viewing the security camera footage with the school principal.
