Incident Description: 
I brought the bike inside a gym where I set it near the front entrance. After working out I came back to find the bike stolen. The individual must have come in the gym and grabbed the bike while no one was around. I am currently working with the gym to get the security footage.

I locked my bike to one of the bike racks on the Madison side of Chase tower when I got to work a little after 9am, along with 3 other bikes. When I left work at 6:45 there was no trace of my bike or its lock, so I have to assume someone cut it during the middle of the day.

Neighbor in alley saw a Hispanic looking man ride off on bike at 4:45pm westbound down alley. Apartment is located on 2300 block of W Haddon, Chicago, IL 60622, across from Clemente Highschool. Bike was intermittently stored in basement no longer than 3 days at a time.

The gears are starting to rust but has a brand new chain in it. The rusty gears made it difficult to shift gears. The back gear shifter is slightly off-center (very slightly). It also had a basket attachment on the front handle bars, a broken light fixture in the front (no light just the plastic attachment), and a removable mud guard on attached to the seat for the rear wheel. It has a blue diamond-shaped sticker on the frame (I don't remember the number) to indicate that I was allowed to park in my former apartment complex, Eugenie Terrace.The seat was tearing at the in several places. The picture attached is exactly model of the bike but is not my bike. I do not have any images of my personal bike or receipts because it was a handed-me-down, but it looks exactly like this picture!
