Chicago Stolen Bike Registry

Sometime between 8/24/17 and 8/28/17, someone accessed my detached garage and stole the bike. Unfortunately it was considered secure in the garage since the doors were locked, so the bike itself was not locked.

The back gate that goes to the alley was irritated with and unlocked.

My bike was sitting in a locked basement storage area of my apartment building. It was not locked using a bike lock, but the door to the basement was locked.

Returning to Western Avenue Metra Station around 6:30PM to find lock had been cut (lock was left on the ground) and bike had been taken.

Bike was in garage and taken sometime between 9/12 12:00am and 9/13 4:30am.

Someone broke into our garage and stole my white and blue MASI bike

Outside bridal shop in Logan Square at 2165 N. Milwaukee Ave after being locked to U rack in front of business. Had lunch next door for about 30-40 min and it was gone.

I left my bike on the other side of our locked and gated fence. I usually use my U lock and attached it to the side fence surrounding my building. Unfortunately, I did not lock the bike this time but did keep it inside of locked fence. We had painters coming in and out of gate yesterday, so I believe whoever stole the bike had access into the building between those hours.

thief cut the lock and took the bike between 12:55pm and 4:30pm on 9/10.

bike was locked with a cable through the rear wheel and frame, cable held together with a U lock in the front wheel. only the front wheel with the U lock was found, likely someone cut the cable to take the rear wheel and frame.

Garage shared with three apartments found open at 7:30am with multiple bikes gone.

Bike was kept in an enclosed garage in a locked, gated area. I just noticed it was gone this morning. Could have been stolen within the past 2 days.

I locked my bike up next to another black framed bike on a street pole right in front of the The Grill at the Weston Hotel at Michigan and Delaware, across from the Hancock Center at 9 AM this morning. When I left work, it was gone. If you saw anything suspicious or know what happened to it, please contact me ASAP. I use it to get to work every day and need it back. It's a black Specialized Allez with a very distinctive bent right handlebar.

Bike was locked with a cable through both wheels and frame to two other bikes that had u-locks and cables. It was the furthest one under an alley stairwell. The other two bikes were left there with the u locks intact around the frame and rear wheels.

Bike was locked through the wheels with a cable and then locked to boyfriends bike which was locked to the bike rack in front of Whole Foods near DuPaul. They cut the lock and took my bike, left the boyfriends bike.
