Bike was hanging from ceiling of garage with frame and wheels locked to 2 other bikes with 3 steel cables and padlocks. Cables were cut and left at scene. Found Sunday 5/21/2017 at 6:30pm. A Trek Speed Concept triathlon bike was also stolen. Neighbor noticed that the overhead garage door was slightly open, approximately 2 feet, that afternoon. Garage service door was locked. No damage to overhead garage door or the garage service door were noticed.

Moved into the neighborhood on April 29. The bike was temporarily being stored in a three car garage. The parking spot associated with my unit is currently being used to store furniture, not my car. It was locked to a wooden structure within the garage. The specific date and time of the incident is unknown. I only realized it was stolen when I went to throw the garbage out on the evening of Wednesday, May 10. The furniture in which the bike was attached to was broken to pieces. The lock was taken in addition to the bike. There appeared to be no forced entry into the garage, so I assume the garage was wither left open by another tenant or the perpetrator used a universal garage door opener.

Locked bike to the bike rack next to Whole food on Halsted street. Went to store @3.00pm. 20 minutes after I came back, bike was missing. Was locked with Kryptonite U-lock and cable to the bike rack. There was another bike locked to the same rack - it was there when I get back. Bike is 2015 BMC GF02 105 disc, size XL/61, bright green. White bar tape, upgraded hydro brakes (785/685) with missing shifter plates (both - I still have em) and stretched Hood covers secured with electric tape. Shimano double-sided pedals (SPD + flat). No lock or cable found.
