Bike was on rack in underground Standard Parking Lot, Lower Level 3 (under Coast Apartments on East Wacker Dr.; Bike was alone between hours of 1pm and 8pm. Returned to car and bike was gone from rack, my racing number sticker was torn off and thrown to ground; immediately went to guard in lobby of Coast Apts above parking garage; reported theft to police.

Last seen at Taco Burrito King at harlem and higgins at 3:45 pm. I locked the bike to a metal pole in front of the building and went inside to meet with my friends. We talked for about 30 minutes and I looked back to my bicycle and didn't see it there. My lock was a master lock weathertough model and I had a metal chain wrapped in a rubber sleet about one and half feet long.
