Chicago Stolen Bike Registry

Bike was in a secure condo parking garage that has no public access without a key or an opener. Bike was in my parking spot when I left for work in the morning. Bike was gone when I returned from work in the afternoon.

I walked into the bike room and neither the bike nor lock/cable was in there. I've contacted my landlord with help reviewing the security footage, but still need to wait and find out when this was.

Bike was taken from the basement of a condo building in Edgewater.

Bike was locked to wooden fence in common courtyard/porch area on second floor. Woke up on June 17th to find it missing. No noticeable signs of robbery.

Garage was broken into from alley on the corners of Sheffield/Clybourn/Willow and bike was stolen

Our son works at the Relish Hot Dog stand on Navy Pier. He locked his bike 40 ft. from the stand in a bike rack, located near the beginning of the walk path entrance of Navy Pier. When he went to retrieve it after work, the bike and lock were gone.

I locked my purple Cannondale bike on Tuesday am, 6/14/22 around 8:45am by the Oromo Cafe underneath the Western blue line stop. Upon returning back from the train (around 5:45pm), the bike and lock were stolen and missing.

A man wearing a black hoody with grey shorts cut the look and took the bike away, it was all seen on cctv.

The bicycle is parked (and locked attached to the bicycle rack) in front of his school, the French International School on Wilson Avenue... it is now the 3rd bike in a couple of weeks that gets stolen!! A van drove out, a guy came out and cut the lock and in 20 sec. it was done!

Bike was locked to bike rack located east Monroe intersection with south columbus drive during the Chicago blues festival.

I was riding the metra Milwaukee district west line heading outbound towards Elgin last night. I hopped the 8:40 pm. I parked the bike on the train, and accidentally fell asleep. I woke up back at the Chicago union station and my bike was gone. I have tried talking to the conductors and they didn't see anything.

Parked in front of Big Mini Putt Club. Cable was securing bike, helmet, and backpack. Locked at 7pm and was still there at 8pm. Came back at 1am and discovered everything was gone.

Bike was stolen from outside the Xsport in Lakeview on School & Ashland

I had the bike locked through the front tire to the back gate since a biking accident in Mid-May. I saw it Wednesday afternoon. I went to go check on it today and it is no longer there. as well as the lock

Someone Broke into my garage and took the bike

in the store for less than 2 minutes... stolen right in front of the woman who sells tamales... apparently thrown it to a slightly older black pickup truck with a white accent panel on the bottom half of the doors

Bike was stolen from infront of the Echo Logistics office building during work hours

Bike was locked to bike rack outside of Lincoln Square Athletic Club from approx. 1:30pm to 3:00pm. Was not locked to bike rack once I left the gym later.
