Stolen from the side (main walkway) for residents in college dorm hall

ALONG with my sons bike which was also in garage...an individual was walking by my garage when I left for about 30 min. he clearly showed interest in the interior of the garage but I didn't think it would happen. When I got home 30 min later the garbage cans had been positioned to allow the individual to climb up and over side door, once inside he unlocked interior lock, took bikes and left. I believe he had help as it would have been very difficult to do all of this in such a short time and remove 2 bikes.

The bike was located inside our garage unlocked. The individual was walking down the alley when I was leaving and I could see him eyeing the interior of the garage but I didn't want to overreact. I left, made sure garage door closed but when I came back 30 min later someone had climbed side gate using the garbage cans, once inside he unlocked the door, came inside to garage and took this bike plus another (in a second report). I believe he must have had a driver in a truck or other because to do all of that and then 'walk' two bikes away would be very tough. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE PHOTO HAS A DIFFERENT RIM ON THE BACK THAN WHAT IT HAD WHEN STOLEN...CONDITION WHEN STOLEN WAS A PURPLE RIM

The bike was secured by a chain lock to a handicap parking post on Waldreon Deck at Soldier Field on Monday 22nd October at 3:15pm during the Bears game tailgate. This handicap parking sign was next to the Porta-Potty. It went missing sometime after 7:00 pm.

Bike lock was cut some time between 10PM on 10/22 to 9AM 10/23 and bike taken.

safely locked with an ongaurd lock. i had cables going through the wheels to prevent losing my wheels. it was secure against a pole .its still a mystery to me how they broke the lock. they must have used heavy machinery because those locks are hard to break. the bike and the lock and the wires are all gone.

bike was left in locked, enclosed area with 8 foot high fences around it. area was only accessible by scaling high wrough iron or wooden fences. This was in an alley way in front of parked cars in neighborhood near rockwell and cortez. Bike was likely spotted and walked away with.

My bike and helmet were parked unlocked in our two-car garage for the weekend. Garage is attached to our house and was not left open. We think someone synced a garage door opener to our garage door to get in. There was no forced entry. When we reset all our remote codes, the next morning someone had emptied the dumpster right in front of our garage door. We're thinking they came back to grab a few more items and when they couldn't get in, they got angry.

I am a bike delivery guy for Jimmy John's on the corner of Ogden and Grand located next to Starbucks. I left it out back real quick after my last delivery to go inside and grab all of my things to leave work and when I went back to leave it was gone. The bike is in a MAJOR need of work so I believe it will make it's way into a bike shop VERY SOON.

Pedal had snapped off of the crank earlier in the week, so bike was stowed beneath the stairs in the back of the house, behind a locked gate. Was assumed safe since broken and in a non-visible location, so was not locked.

I opened my door and leaned my bike to the side and stepped inside and put down my backpack. I came out probably 15 seconds later to find my bike to be missing.

I set the bike against my back porch door while I went inside to take off my sweater. When I came back out less than a minute later the locked back gate had been compromised and the bike was gone.

The bike was locked up with a U-lock and cable to two other bikes and against porch railing with the stolen bike closest to the railing. The lock was broken and the cable cut.

The bike was parked outside of my school, Northside college prep. I parked the bike at 8am, and when I returned at 3:30, the lock was cut and the bike was gone. I filed a report with the school and am going to file a police report.

Between 2:30 and 4pm the garage doors malfunctioned and the bike was exposed to view. Likely someone took it to sell it. It is large and very heavy

Female,Hammond Resident Robbed and stalked at Starbucks Cafe, Located at One East Delaware in the City of Chicago, Gold Coast area. On the night of Oct 2, 2012 I arrived at 5:23 p.m. and 31 seconds at Starbucks Cafe and proceeded to lock my bike. She purchases an order and sat down by the window. When she looked out, her bike was missing. The video footage is documented next door. The thief flees at 5:26 and 49 seconds. It took the thief, one minute and four seconds to complete the act. A limosine driver was a witness but refused to cooperate.
