Chicago Stolen Bike Registry

The bike is a hardtail Cannondale F1000, Shimano XT and XTR drivetrain, Avid brakes, Coda cranks. Upgraded Cane Creek Aeroheat wheels, Crrank Brother Eggbeater pedals with blue spindles, Hutchinson Python tires. Paint was green fade from glossy to flat, drak green to olive. Lettering was yellow with red outlines. Smith (sunglass maker) and NRS (Northwest River Supplies) stickers on oppsite sides of top tube.

Various scratches on frame. Grip Shift. University of Iowa Hawkeye Sticker on top tube. Toe Clip pedals. Bag under seat with bike lock wrapped around seat post. S

Left peddle was a little bent up and the reflector on it was broken from a sharp turn. Was in worn condition, but still worked good besides squeeks.

My bike was a Trek Hybrid bike. I can't describe it too much because I just enjoyed riding it and I didn't know too much about bikes beyond that. The bike is silver and has a newer seat that is squishy and the seat has a lock on it. Also I had a Master Lock U-Lock on the middle bar between the peddles. This will severly inhibit a riders ability to navigate the bike. I am sure it is still on there as only the wire was cut.

The bike was in great condition with minor scratches. It had a very high rise and short stem, a boa I believe. Also, have a lizard chain stay protector as well as a village cycle sport bottle holder. Air shocks!

This bike looks like it has been used threw rough times,has some scratches on the frame and on the lettering,has black handlebars and wide seat also black with springs to them,the right brakes dont work,it has in the bake one of those little racks or whatever that people usully put crates on.bike is all white black handlebars and black seat dont know really how many speed,but has several gears ,it looks like an aging Trek.

beautifully simple, light blue frame with no markings, yellow velocity "v" rims, bull horn handle bars, front brake, power grip peddles.

Good condition, a but rusty chain, loved, but just a bit rusty! This bike is entirely loved and terribly painfully missed! There is a basket rack (but no basket). On the back tire, there was a non-working firefly tire cap. The picture attatched is exactly what the bike looked like. I just loved this bike! The handlebar covers are slightly worn, and part of the rubber from the right side is slightly emerging. I had an old timey metal thumb bell on the right side. There is a water bottle holder as well. This bike is blue with a blue/silver seat. IRON HORSE is in all caps on the bar. I just love this bike, please help!

This bike is in unusually great condition for a piece its age. Sleek, clean and rowdy-red. It has an odd huge-ish headlight mounted in front btwn the handlebar-style brakes. No recent additions/modifications to the bike other than 2 brand new innertubes.

Close to new, only ridden around five times. But I have owned it for 4 or more years

Have been told it's probably from the late 1960's / early 70's. Very unique sky blue color with fenders -- front fender has a sizable dent. Has/had a back rack with a black milk crate on it. No reflector on rear fender. Has/had extra relectors on the spokes and had valve caps that light up when you ride over a bump...

The bike was flawless. I only had it for 2 weeks before it was stolen.

24 speed, Shimano Acera. Cat Eye meter, back light.

About 6 months old. Not much to distguish, except for some tiny bangs and chips around the bars attached to the front tire that I got when I transported the bike in my trunk which bounced up and down on the part of the bike stiking out the back.

Bicycle was about 10 years old, but in great condition - silver splattered paint was all over giving the bike a Lightning effect.

Extra Metal trailer hitch attached at back wheel of bike w/ big yellow sticker: Chicago Bike Cargo. Has front and rear brakes and a rear rain guard.

New Blue and Silver Trek 7300. Literally less than a week old, so no distinguishing features.

Dark gray beach cruiser with "spring break" in pink-purple lettering on the frame. Has chrome fenders and rigid wire rear baskets. Bike is about 10 years old but has a very new comfort seat on it.

close to new condition. Faded terry fly saddle (buzz off!), tubus cargo rack, rear mudflap made from milk jugs and zip ties. yellow handlebar tape. Old pedro's blowout saddlbag with a patched tube inside.
