Attached to the seat post was a small, zip-up, black seat pack attached to the seat post. The seat bag was a KoKi Seat Bag (https://www.decide2ride.com/products/bike-midi). I had upgraded the seat to a black gel foam seat. I added an anti-theft locking feature to the bike. Immediately after discovering my bike has been stolen, I called the Chicago Police Department to report the theft.

I parked my bike around 9:15pm on June 18 outside my residence on the car pad. I went into my home with the intention of opening the garage door from inside the home so that I could store the bike in the garage. Once inside, I stopped to do something and that led to something else and I eventually forgot about the bicycle. The next morning around 9am I was in the garage and noticed I didn't see the bike. I then remembered I forgot to store the bike from the provious night. I opended the garage door and the bike was not where I left it or anywhere in the vicinity.

Bike was stored in locked garage. I returned home Tuesday morning between 6:30 and 7:00 am and bike was present in garage. I locked the garage, went inside and showered before leaving for work. I left for work, exiting out the from of the building, not the garage, as I was taking public transportation. When I returned home, my wife went into the garage to get something out of her car and upon entry noticed that the garage door was open and the bike was missing. MY wife had not gone into the garage that day until that point. There are other tenants in our building that have access to the garage.

It was locked to itself with an Kryptonite Orange and Black Evolution 4 U-loc 4" x 11.5" long. It also had a cell phone holder attached to the handle bar on the right side. I had a matching Volt Green water bottle holder mounted to the frame. It had a black kickstand mounted to the rear of the rear wheel frame.

She asked me to check if I had anything missing and when I checked my bike was gone. Mine was the only bike that was locked and it was also the only bike that was taken even though they were other bikes down there that weren't even locked. It was the newest bike of all of them.
