At 2:03pm on July 3, two Rad power wagon electric bikes were stolen from the back of a house in Lincoln park behind a fence. The bikes were locked to each other and they do not have their batteries in because they were charging inside of the house. The orange bike has 1 toddler seat on the back and the black bike has 2 toddler seats on the back.

Two Rad Power Wagons were locked to each other inside of a gate that is behind our house where we park our car. We left and then 20 minutes later the bikes were stolen (as seen on security camera).
