New Vanmoof Bike stolen from 858 N Franklin Avenue.

Not sure how they got in garage. Neighbor may have left open overnight.

was gone from home 8:30am - 5pm, believe someone broke into the garage either from front side entry or tampering with garage door and stole 2 bikes. Other bike stolen was Womnens 2008 Fuji Silhouette (purple and black) *trying to obtain the serial number for the Fuji

The bike was locked up to a fence outside my building door, within a locked, fenced yard. A communal building key would have been required to get in, or else the thief would have had to scale a fairly tall wrought iron fence to get access to the bike. My boyfriend saw the bike when he locked up his own bike next to it at 3:00 a.m., and it was gone at 8:50 a.m. when I left the building. Several other bikes were in the same area - perhaps they were using U-Locks (which my boyfriend did) - and were untouched.

The bike was only locked through the front tire to a pipe right behind our back door. There's a whole garbage area that you have to walk through to get there from the alley just south of Lake street. Only the front wheel is left locked to the pipe, the lock was left untouched.

I saw the bike on my back porch at 1:30 am. The next morning at 8am it was missing from my porch.

Bike locked to fence outside morse redline station sometime around 4:30. Bike was gone by 4:30 pm the next day. The lock was gone with the bike.

Bike was located in garage, stolen from interior of garage.

The bike had a flat tire on the rear wheel. I took it to a bike shop, but it was closed, so I locked the bike out front and walked home. It was gone the next morning.

Looked by bike to a rack on the on the Lake St. side of 200 N LaSalle Dr. When I went to get it to return home, it was gone along with my lock. No idea what happened. :(

Bike was locked on back deck with lock and cable. It was locked to wooden beam and another wooden support beam. Theif broke one wooden beam, but support beam was still intact. This means they had to cut the cable in order to fully remove bike. I found small shards left behind of metal pieces from the cable being cut with something.

My bike was locked to a bike rack outside of my work on 325 w ohio street and my lock was cut.

I had been away from my home for several days and came home to find the bike missing; it had been locked to the gas meters outside my building. The back wheel was locked to the frame by a u-lock.

I know exactly what happening. Normally I lock my bike to a street sign in front of my apartment building - 6114 N. Winchester Ave, in Roger's Park. I arrived home as it was getting pretty dark. As I was about to start locking the bike, three black children (they seemed about 10-14) pointed at an outdoor cat and said "Is that your cat?" In the dark, the cat kinda did resemble mine, so I immediately went to the cat to examine it. Probably 20-30 seconds passed, and when I returned my bike, and all the kids, were gone. I promptly walked to Emmerson Park, where I saw three kids who might have been the same ones. When I approached them, they ran. One tripped, and I asked him where my bike was - he said it was taken by the other two kids, not him. I suspect these kids live somewhere in my neighbourhood, but I've no proof and I probably couldn't identify any of them.

Bike was locked in my garage - we're unsure if garage door was forced open or if a neighbor left it open. At 6 pm 8/11, we entered garage and bike was gone. Overhead garage door was wide open. It's set to auto close if left open too long.

Garage door was force open. Lock was cut and left at the sceen. The chain was wrapped around 3 frames. 2 of the 3 bikes were stolen. 3rd was retrieved when thieves were interupted

Bike was locked up to itself with a u-bar bike lock in my detached garage. An individual forced open the locked side door to my detached garage, and removed my bike from the inside of the garage. Likely would have to carry the bike away because the u-bar lock made the wheels immobile.
