The bike was left hanging in a secure garage from a hook along with about 20 other unlocked bikes. An African American man, in his mid 20s to mid 30s, of around average height walked into the apartment complex, following a pizza delivery person who opened the door for him. He covered his face as he walked by security cameras, went out into the garage through a back exit, and took my bike from the hook it was hanging on. I have this on camera.

On surveillance camera you can see 2 people using what looks like a reciprocating saw and quickly dispatch the lock and take it with them. The roll the bikes out of the side door. Done in the middle of the day. Bike locked by frame to heavy duty bike rack. Bike had seat and wheel locks.

My bike was locked to a fence along with two others outside the front of an apartment building. I saw it last night at 7:30PM and it was missing today at 3:15PM. The pole of the metal fence it was locked to was cut in half to slip the U-lock through. There are sealed wheel bearings, so fortunately the wheels can't be taken off the bike so I'm hoping to spot my lime green rims!
