Kevin at Boulevard Bikes special ordered the bike by request.

Our building was broken into between 2am and 8am. Three bicycles were stolen (also a Kettler and a Schwinn). I have had my Bianchi since 2003. I am about to move to Japan, and that bike is my primary source of transport (here and there). Bicycle was originally purchased (and all mechanic work has been completed) at Boulevard Bikes in Logan Square. Any information is helpful!!! Love that bike so much :(

It's an old Ross Mt Washington mountain bike. It's white in color, has chrome rims and wide tires that are old and cracked. Cantilever brakes, spongy grips. The handlebars were pushed forward. No seat/seatpost. 10 speed with thub shifters on the handlebars. Shimano SIS derailler. It has some scratches here and there but overall decent shape. Bottom bracket was shot and wobbly -- needs new bearings.

It has very little value but has a lot of sentimental value to me.

Bike was locked with a U lock to fence at the NE corner of Weisman Park at Mildred and Oakdale Ave's, a highly trafficked park with lots of families and children. My bike was secure and undisturbed when I left my apartment at 9:40am and returned at 10:00am to walk my dog. At 10:30am I exited my apartment to ride to work and the U part of the lock was laying on the ground inside the park fence and my bike was gone.
