I left my bike locked up pretty heavily outside my dorm at DePaul University before leaving for my winter break on November 16th. When I returned to school on January 2nd, the bike was no longer locked to the bike rack outside of the dorm. None of the other bikes that had been locked up in November were there either, save one. Unfortunately, the building was vacant for most of the break, meaning that the bike could have been stolen with relative ease.

Truvative single speed crankset. Equiped with white side panels and a built in child seat, the side panels have the shop name and website. The web is written wrong as Copenhagengenbike.com Weathered bamboo treat grips from PDW. The finish is scuffed up from a few years of use. To my knowledge the ONLY pink bullitt in Chicago.

Bike had black raise bars with black grips - one back brake on right side that went. Under the brake was masking tape - so you can see the masking tape sticking out a bit on the bars. Silver quill stem & silver seat post - black Brooks saddle that was perfectly molded to my butt. Black flat BMX pedals with metal cleats sticking up - pedals had red caps on the end. Also had a rear black detachable fender and a front detachable clear frog light. Frame had a few missing spots of paint on where I had dinged it up with my lock and other normal usage - so not in mint condition. Brake cable was held to frame by two zip ties - one clear and one black.

The manager at the gym checked his security tapes and saw a man sitting outside the gym when I arrived. This man waited until I had been in the gym for five minutes (or so) and then cut the lock and rode south on Halsted on my bike.

Good condition. Had a velcro pouch on the frame, near neck. Headlight on handlebars. Taillight under seat. Stickers from local bike shops on frame. Just installed a black fender on the front wheel. Not on the rear. Installed Schwinn Universal Composite Pedal with Adaptor. So the pedals stick out a little wider than normal. Rear rack on bike also. On the rear chainstay, there is some evidence of when I had a trailer attached to it and red duct tape on it.

Great condition. My Jamis has aftermarket drop-down handlebars with black tape, after market brakes, a black seat with a small trip of gel in the middle, and black gatorskin tires. The back tire is flat, the tube leaks air at the valve stem. The tube needs to be replaced.

Walked downstairs to investigate why my apartment was so cold. Opened the door to our garage to find it open, and my bike gone. The photo is a bit outdated as some modifications have been made since. The seat and tires have been replaced.
