Details of Incident: I reported parking their bicycle at approximately 3:15 PM outside a gym in Wicker Park, facing Division Street. The bicycle was secured with a lock. When I left the gym around 4:30 PM, the bicycle was missing. Upon inspection of the parking area, I found the bike lock damaged and left at the scene. No other items appeared to be disturbed.
