Condition of Bicycle / Distinguishing Features:
Pretty old, very rusted fork and bolts, very worn out and hard to read gear index, and those front-pointing fork bars added on, corroded to a weird silver color. Has a bike lock holder w/ lock on the bike, and a light holder on the handlebars. Not in the greatest of shape, honestly, but looks OK. I could probably locate something w/ my serial # on it.
Incident Description
Which type of area was your bike stolen from?:
How was the bike locked?:
How long was the bike locked in this location?:
YEARS!! There are like 10 other crappy bikes in there; only MY crappy bike is now missing. Recently the storage room lock was broken for over a month.
Incident Description:
I took my bike for a tune-up early in May, and picked it up on 5/15, and when returning it to my storage space where many people in my building keep their bikes, where it's been for like 15 years without incident, I noticed the storage room lock was busted and the door would not even stay shut. I reported it to my landlord, but the work order shows it wasn't completed/fixed until 6/27!! Was out of town over the 4th, came back and went into the storage space. The lock is now fixed, TONS of other bikes and junk are still in there, but not MY bike.
It's probably not worth a lot, but to have something for years in the same spot - I just want to know, you know? Why MY bike? It's not even that nice!! This probably won't come to anything, but any info or whatever appreciated.
