My bike was chained to a city tow zone pole which was lifted out of the ground in order to take the bike and u-lock that had it secured to the pole. This is my best guess of what happened because the tow zone pole fully lifts out of the ground.

I am guessing that he somehow jumped the fence (very tall with spikes), and I'm not sure how he did it. He also stole a baby carriage, and I'm not sure what else.

I believe that was The Bike Shop which used to be on Belmont Ave in Wrigleyville.

I locked the bike with my cable padlock to the bike rack, then I used a small U lock I have to lock the front wheel to the frame (because its easy to remove). It was parked at the 57th metra station, slightly to the east of the entrance where there are a few bike racks. I didn't see any remains of the bike, it was just completely gone.
