The bicycle was locked on a main thruway (North Wells) in the middle of the afternoon, the bicycle lock was cut and taken with (no lock left at the scene). The could not have guessed the combination or removed the bike from the rack, the frame and wheels were locked through. There were scratch marks that looked fresh on the bike rack.

Breaks recently changed from factory's silver metal handles to black plastic breaks. Seat is ducktaped and some of the cushion is missing. The height adjuster on seat is stuck in place and will not move. Bike chain is rusty but recently oiled. The bike has suspensions. General condition of bike is worn and dirty. It has "Mongoose" written on center part of bike. The Gear shift only works for about half the available gears.

The pedals are LOOK and are also red. Seat is bright blue and has bright yellow handlebar tape. You can't miss her! I've never seen her coloring before, or even seen another Klein in Chicago, it's an older name, and I think she's a 2002.

Bike was locked through the frame and the front wheel, but with a coil cable, that must have been cut and taken along with it. No one at the gym front desk saw anything.
