Lastly a Specialized Power Comp saddle and seat clamp. The bike also has locking scewers (safety T25) on the wheels and seat post clamp.

When I came back to get it in the morning around 9-10am, it had simply vanished. The only one thing there was a beat up, unlocked, Quintanaroo bike which I assume was the theifs. None of the employees said they saw or heard anything..

Bike taken from inside apartment back storage area (under stairs in front of laundry). Three unit building. Backdoor is always locked, but staircase is shared between three tenants. Contractors have been around (and could have left door open) to clean out the first floor unit. Last seen by multiple people 5/12, so it could have been stolen 5/12/26-5/14/26. Bike is light green (seafoam) with red handlebars and a red rear rack.

Access to the bike room requires a resident key fob, so the individual responsible would have needed authorized access or entered with someone else. The bike was later discovered missing from the secured area. The stolen bike is a custom matte black fixed gear/track bike with distinctive black 5-spoke Encore carbon wheels, black handlebar tape, and a minimalist all-black frame.

The bike was locked to a sturdy pole while I was in Portillo's North Clark and Ontario. The bike was across from Walgreens on Clark and near the Rino bar. There were cameras on both buildings. An eyewitness who works at Walgreens said they saw sparks and then someone hopped on the bike and took off with the lock toward Erie. I hear this is a common area for theft with a lot of e bikers everywhere.
