Incident Description: 
I locked the bike to the short metal 'fence' enclosing a sidewalk patch of grass/shrub right outside of Veggie Grill. I used a Kryptonite U-lock to secure the seat tube to the metal fence. I ate lunch in Veggie Grill, 12:45pm-1:30pm. When I exited the restaurant at 1:30pm, the bike was gone without a trace. (i.e. thief took the bike and u-lock and left nothing behind)

The box in front has 2 benches and can fit 4 children. The bike comes out of the box and says, Propel" in large letters. New customs wheels from the bike lane in Logan square read "The Bike Lane" on every well.

I use this bike several times a day, it is my "car" and I use it for transporting my kids to and from school. I locked it up and put it under a tarp to protect it from the rain at 5:30 PM. At 7:00AM the next morning it was simply gone.
