was at Bar Louie on Polk in Lrinters Row for a drink after Chase Corporate Challenge race. Locked bike to designated area, through front wheel and frame with a small U-Lock (2 years old). Exited bar less than two hours later and bike was gone but lock on ground. Front tire was still quick release so I'll bet they released the wheel and cut the spokes which are a relatively cheap fix for reselling to take the wheel.

Bike was like in bike rack next to apartment building. This is the buildings loading dock area. It is a covered 2 layer bike rack. Bike had u lock through front tire and the. Cable through frame front tire and u lock. Cable was attempted to cut 2 times and finally succeeded on third. Hoping building has a camera to at least get a picture of the thief.

Hadn't used bike in a week or so. Noticed bike was missing with only front tire left. Had locked bike to bike rack using a ulock for front tire and a cable like to that through frame. Cable was cut and front tire left.

I came downstairs ready to ride to work after a weekend of not using it, the front door to the building was open, the railing was ripped off the wall and my bike was gone.

My bike was locked under my apartment building where there is car parking. There are about a dozen sets of hooks on the wall for hanging bikes and a metal pipe on the wall running between the tires that the bike was locked to. Lock was a kryptonite cable lock.

I live in a 3 flat apartment with the porch hidden around the back side of the house facing towards a coach house. We have two gates to protect our privacy and possessions and unfortunately the front gate was left open and someone was able to just walk right in and take it. I have been out of town this weekend, so the incident happened sometime between Saturday and Monday evening.

Jewel Osco Parking lot. Went in for ten minutes, came out, bike was gone.

Bicycle was in a common room in the basement of my 3-flat apartment building. The downstairs neighbors were broken into by accessing a window, and the individuals who stole things left through the back door. The bike itself was not locked to anything or itself. Items from the apartment, and 4 bikes, were stolen at the same time.

Bike stolen from private garage 3700 block of West Irving Park Road. Bike was hanging in garage. Stolen sometime between night of 5/18 and 6am morning of 5/19

Bike was locked in front of condo building. Security was on guard until 6 am. Bike was seen by maintenance guy around 8 am. Bike stolen between 8 am and noon. Bike was locked to a light pole with an ABUS Bordo folding lock. Lock and bike were both gone.

Left bike locked for an hour on the bike rack by the garage next to the theater at Clark/Diversey. Bike and lock were both gone upon return.

There is a security camera within 20 feet of bike. Stolen bike was parked at 333 West Wacker in front of building

Bike was put in locked bike storage room at 4 PM on Previous Day. Owner found it missing at 3:30 PM the current day.

Bike was locked through front wheel to provided bike rack. Because of size, shape, and position of bike rack the lock could only go through the wheel. Lock was left intact at the scene, so they must have cut through the wheel to take it.

I accidentally left my garage open and they went in and stole my bike.

I cam home around 3:20 and discovered the bike missing. I had locked it up around 12:30, in my alley where I always keep it.

I have a feeling that I did not properly lock the bike, because it was left there without the bike. So it may have been a defect in the lock, or my own mistake. The bike was brand new.
