3. We receive your report. After reviewing it, we will post it on the main page. We mainly review reports to weed out spam and make minor editorial corrections to formatting.

4. Your theft report, including your bike's photo, last known location, and date of theft, are posted on our site. Your report also goes into our searchable statistics builder and is shown on our report map. And, if you're lucky, someone might see your bike and contact you directly and return your bike.

Was sitting in my living room when I heard the front gate open. I looked out of the window thinking it was a neighbor entering, but I saw a black somewhat heavyset man (20ish) with a dark complexion and wearing a red jacket, leaving out of the yard with the bike. I banged on the picture window rapidly and hard. He froze for a second, looked up towards me, hopped on the bike and peddled away towards Addison Street. I he was out of sight before I could get to the front porch.

My bicycle was stolen from my back deck within the last 24-48 hours (likely between Wednesday, April 10th 1:00 am to Thursday, April 11th 1:00 am). The bike was locked to the metal grating with a simple cable to the metal porch bars, and I had a Kryptonite Chain lock in which the bike was locked to itself. The bike has pinheads on each key component so the wheels can not be removed and the seat can not be adjusted without that unique key.
