Chicago Stolen Bike Registry

Last used bike on Friday evening. Didn't go through back patio until Monday morning when I realized bike was stolen. Roommate said it wasn't visible Sunday - potentially stolen Friday night or Saturday. It was locked in back patio with 10 foot fence that you cannot see through.

I left my bicycle in my apartments bike room on 6/12 at 3pm. When I returned at 11am on 6/13 I found it to be missing. I am certain it was stolen as at least one other nice bicycle disappeared in the same time frame. To access the bike room you must enter the apartment using a key fob.

Between June 2, 9am - June 4, 3PM Bike was in car parking spot of secure condo building. 115 N. Carpenter St.

Bicycle located on second floor balcony, somebody hopped the balcony and took the bike. Just bought it yesterday, before I could buy a lock.

Garage door malfunctioned and was open. I have video and pictures of the man taking the bike and riding away. He is middle aged 35-50, with black jeans and a blue, orange and white grey shit with a soccer ball on it and it says in spanish WINA DU.

Abus lock was broken where male and female parts lock together, on 4-digital combination lock--chain was not cut. Front tire and frame were locked to bike rack outside of office building. I was working between hours of 9 am and 4:30 pm--no one I know saw the bike in between that time; cameras around building do not monitor area. Had an incident last year where someone in same area vandalized bike (assumed they were trying to steal it. Large gash on main arm of frame and broken gear shifts on the left side remained. Description: Specialized Arial women's bike with front disc brakes. Green and white paint. Detachable fender on back.

I left it there during the day and the next day (today-Friday) by 6pm it was gone.

Locked bike across the east entrance of Willis Tower on Franklin Street.

I leaned my bike against the fence of Lake Shore Park directly across from 250 E Pearson at approximately 8:00 pm June 9th to use the parking meter to add more time for my nearby parked car. I went to my nearby apartment immediately after that, forgetting I had placed my bike on the fence unlocked. At 3 pm June 10th I went down to see if the bike was there and it was not. I have contacted 250 E Pearson to see if their cameras caught anything but they were busy at the time and could not look. I gave my contact info to them in order to contact me later with anything they find.

Locked bike at 8:10 PM in front of my building. Came out at 7AM the next morning and both lock and bike were gone.

We had just come back from vacation and were unloading things into our load store unit to find 2 bikes stolen from it. One was my husband the other was mine. A light blue and white trek.

I had just come back home from vacation to discover out locked storage unit had been broken into. The thief stole my custom Guru and my wife's bike. Our storage unit is locked and to enter into the hall of storage units is locked as well.

Bike was hanging on a rack on the wall in my garage. Garage is shared, but was closed upon leaving in and going back upstairs to my condo. 2 days later noticed that the bike was no longer hanging up.

Garage broken into and bike stolen some time overnight on June 8-9, 2016. Bike was purchased new on Monday, June 6 from local dealer.

I carry my bike up into my office building every day at 343 W Erie on the third floor. I park my bike just outside the entry to my office, in a nook of the hallway near the restroom. I rode it to work the morning of June 8th, 2016, but discovered it was stolen when I went to ride home at 5:30pm. I have been parking it there for two months now with no problems, however, one of the few tenants on the floor must have swiped or a random passerby who had access to the building or was roaming on the third floor.

Parked and locked my bike outside my office at the Thompson Center. When I went out to check on it about 2:00pm it was gone. I called and filed a police report immediately.
