This is a white/red/black 2014 Trek 1.1C. It is only a month old, so overall it's in great condition. There's a lot of dirt built up, mostly around the back of the frame. There is a red water bottle cage on the frame, and there might still be a small front flashlight attached. All reflectors are still on the bike. There are also kevlar Gatorskin tires on both the front and back.

Incident Description: 
I parked my bike in front of the building when I got to work in the morning, and by the time I came out, it was gone. The lock was still attached to the bike rack, intact. It was actually locked to the rack, which makes me think the lock had been picked. There was another bike attached to the same rack with mine, and both of ours were running parallel to it. Another bike was in the same spot where mine was locked, but perpendicular. That means either the other person there left soon after I arrived, or the thief stole both bikes.

Schwinn Women's Hybrid was locked by a black U-lock to a wooden fence in front of 651 North Paulina Street starting at 6:30 p.m. on 5/19. Discovered that bike was stolen at 8 am on 5/20, so it was stolen sometime during the night. Suspecting neighbors across the street as they witnessed me locking the bike up during the evening on 5/19.

The bike has a rack on the back, with a reflector and a cheap back light (connected with rubber strap). It had a black bike bag with my dark blue rainsuit in it. A front reflector is mounted on the frame. The (dark grey) front light can be taken off, it was pointed to the right. I also had a compass - bell on the handlebar. My Dell helmet was locked with the cable lock. There is a bottle holder on the frame. Madison WI bicycle registration decal on the frame under the seat, # FZ4131

At around 10:15 am I went to Tony's Finer Foods on the corner of W Fullerton Ave and N Central Park Ave. I locked the bike with one cable lock through the seat, the rack, the bike frame and the back wheel. I used another cable lock to lock the front wheel to the frame. When I came back at around 10:45 am everything was gone.
