Incident Description:
Locked bike was stolen by bolt-cutting thief a who had apparently be witnessed in his previous attempt to steal the bike that same day. When I left work to commute home my bike was gone, broken cable was left on the sidewalk and an anonymous note was taped to the street-post where my bike had been stating:
"I'M SORRY YOUR BIKE GOT STOLLEN, I STOPPED HIM THE FIRST TIME BUT THEN HE CAME BACK...SORRY."
