Trollers had targeted known, locked, storage area where the Langster and a Gary Fisher SS were regularly stored. Wood lattice to alley was broken through, cables locking bikes to stout chain in storage area. A third bike in the gated, fenced drive, was locked to wrought iron fence, chain lock cut. Three bikes stolen, locks, fence, loved access area were not a deterrent. Police report filed, don't have number yet.

This was my grandfathers used bike which I have had for five years. I get it cleaned and tuned up every season so it is in good shape. It has a maroon frame and rims. The handlebars, tires, and seat are black. The right side of the handlebars the tape is coming off. The underside of the seat is red. Thanks to the Chicago chamber of Commerce that through the Do Divion festival last week, they decided at 10 p.m. sharp to cut everyone's bike locks in the bike parking area and leave them on the side walk! Yay! What a bunch of idiots. Anyways any help would be much appreciated.

It was stolen with a black Raleigh 4.5 19in with purple panniers and a pink water bottle holder.

When I went out for lunch I realized the bike was gone and the only thing on the floor was a piece of velcro from the handlebars. Noted missing from garage around 4:45 pm same day. Two other bikes had been stolen from this location. Bikes would have to been carried out together and could not be rolled out. Carried away or loaded into a truck????? Suspect the space was watched. Garage is used by 6 tenants and not everyone is good with putting down the door all the way. Neighbors often note the door is left open.

Two bikes locked together (each to the other) in a private garage which opens to an alley. Bikes (Cannondale M400 and an Orange Lotus touring bike) were locked with two old style U locks with round keys,but not locked to any structure. I saw the bikes around 9:15 AM when I unlocked my daughters bike from them and she rode her bikes to school. Bikes noted missing around 4:45 same day when I went to store/lock daughter's bike after school. Garage door on the back of the building often gets left up by other tenants. Alley is just off Chicago and Damen and is frequented by many pickers. Two other bikes stolen from the same space. Suspect the space had been scouted. Bikes had to have been taken together - would not roll the way they were locked together.
