Bike Was locked in a garage that has 2 rolling doors. Both doors were locked but the top panel of one of the garaged doors was broken and pushed in. Thief climbed in and out of this 2 1/2 ft space with help of the hood of a car parked in front of garage door. Specialized Sirrus stolen also.

Incident Description: 
I came down to the basement of my apartment building to our bike room. My bike was missing from the rack on the wall, and the cable attaching my bike and the lock was cut. It turns out the the inner and outer door to my building had been busted/tampered with/bars cut in order for the thief to enter our building. My bike was not the only one stolen. The bike and the lock was taken.
